Since October 7th, Jews from across the, world regardless of affiliation or background have sought out ways to give back and lift up our brothers and sisters who have been most effected. It’s this unified sense of purpose that compels us to travel to Israel and lend hands-on support where it’s most needed.
Each Volunteer program, is an opportunity to give back and connect during this unique time for the Jewish people.
Birthright Israel Volunteer program costs $600!
This Program includes:
- Round-trip airfare on group flight from NYC!
- A $50USD non-refundable registration fee
- Accommodations in Jerusalem
- Health insurance
- Daily Breakfast
- Full day trip South
- Free Time
*If you cancel your trip within 65 days of your confirmed flight departure, you’ll forfeit your payment.
*Should you choose to fly to Israel at your own expense (or are a returning Volunteer Alum), there is no flight reimbursement from Birthright Israel. The participant will pay a non-refundable $50USD fee to join the program and purchase their own flight.
(The start date of the program is the day of the group flight. The program will actually begin the day after the Program Start Date as that is when the group flights are landing in Israel).

Register for a Volunteer in Israel program here!
Eligibility:
- Applicants between 18-50 years old – regardless of previous Israel Program experience
- Preference to those who have already participated in Israel programs
- Identify as Jewish
- Basic knowledge of English (unless otherwise noted in the program description)
- Have a valid Passport (valid for at least 6 months after the program end date)
** Participation in this program does not affect future eligibility for Birthright Israel programs**
**Please Note: If you have already received a flight reimbursement from a previous Birthright Israel Volunteer program, you will NOT be eligible for another flight reimbursement or a subsidized flight. You can now do an unlimited amount of Volunteer groups!**
